Gaia is located on Costa Rica´s Central Pacific Coast is known for its key landmark – the Manuel Antonio National Park which features rugged rainforest, white-sand beaches and has the most impressive biodiversity in the entire country.
From three-toed- and two-toed sloths, to three monkey species and hundreds of bird species this national park impresses with a vast variety of wildlife and tropical plants - it’s also the best place for a quick yoga retreat!
My aim is to provide you ample time to digest the rich and beautiful surroundings of GNR! I want to ensure you'll leave feeling grounded in your body, mind, and spirit (corny but true ☺️).
We are set up on a ‘a la cart’ schedule.
There will be morning meditation and yoga 6-8am. eg. Join in at 7 if you only want to enjoy asana! Breakfast is after that (….Or maybe now you’re just waking up and wanting some fresh juice and coffee 😇. No judgement from us.). You’re free from there to roam! Beaches, rainforest, beautiful wildlife, hikes and tours to take in.
There’s an afternoon yoga chat + sound bath after lunch every day. We will dive into some philosophy + then melt away with sound therapy in nature, with nature!
Then more free time to jump in a pool or just lay on the beach! Take a nap, whatever you need (there’s a spa too, but that is extra 😉).
Dinner is offered at 4-6:30pm, but you’re welcome to play offsite and eat at a local cafe! Enjoy your evening. Evening yoga + meditation starts from 4-6:00pm.
You choose what you’d like your retreat to be! Maybe you’re exploring the Catamaran Dolphin Watch & Snorkel Tour one day and white water rafting the next. There are SO many options and you’re the creator. If you want structure it’s all in there as well.
I’m excited to bring some awesome people together + do some yoga in a pretty place, as a crew. I’ve added valuable content to maximize your takeaways and give you ample time for rejuvenation, quiet, adventure + activity. Balance is key.

Gaia hotel
The hotel is located in a vast haven of lowland forests in which proliferates a remarkable biodiversity of wildlife. Originally the Gaia Garden (“Jardín GAIA”) was a center for the conservation and rehabilitation of local species and orchids.
Gaia´s Private Nature Reserve is Costa Rica in its most pristine state. It is where many different species have a secure future thanks to the initiative of GAIA Hotel & Reserveto preserve this natural reserve for future generations to come and to reduce the ecological footprint.
ROOM DESCRIPTIONS
A luxurious 350 square feet unit for adults and teenagers (13 years and older); comprised of a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom with stone shower, affording closest proximity to the restaurant, bar, and spa.
The special touches include top of the line king size bed with 500 thread count linens, central air conditioning, a LED smart TV with cable and Netflix access, internet connectivity, safety box, mini-bar, coffee maker, closet, top of the line toiletries, natural wood and stone floors, as well as your personalized concierge service.

CUISINE
Healthful, food is part of the Costa Rica Retreat experience; including breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Simple, clean, delicious food is made using fresh ingredients from local markets. Indulge in gourmet cuisine prepared by a local chef. Nutritious snacks, fresh pressed juices, smoothies and drinks are available for purchase to stay resourced between meals.
