This Yoga Alliance Certified 200 Hour program is three glorious weeks. This allows us all to adapt to the pace and focus needed to embody your training. My aim is to provide you ample time to digest the rich and powerful experience of an intensive yoga teacher training. I want to ensure you'll graduate feeling grounded in your knowledge of practice and philosophy, and confident in your teaching skills and unique voice. I aim to offer you a demanding yet manageable schedule as you navigate this fascinating new landscape of Yoga.
