Heated FLow

Level 2-3 | Hatha + Vinyasa
Monday—> Friday | 7:30-8:30am

+Wednesdays 6-7am

Style:
Dynamic and mindfully transitioned asanas. sequenced intelligently, bringing a fluid + focused flow.

Goal:
Through our practice of asana, we begin to hone our powers of observation. The habits, patterns and tendencies in the body. The intricate dance of resistance and surrender, push and pull, give and take. Ease + stillness.

Through observation of the body in movement, we will naturally begin to understand ourselves better. Yoking the mind and body.

This is the heart of yoga asana.

Beginners can Expect:
This class is set to music and has a strong focus on building internal heat (tapas). YOU'RE going to sweat. It requires strength, focus, agility and awareness.

Advanced Practitioners can expect:
this is the class that will test you. Strengthen you on a deeper level. Help you tune into the and engagement of breath + the bandhas, maximizing awareness.

slow FLow

All levels 
tues + thurs 9:00-10:00am

Style:
mellow paced. deeper stretching. slow flow classes will relax you while improving strength and flexibility. attention to the breath and alignment, sequenced intelligently, bringing a connected + focused flow.

Goal:
Taking classical yoga postures one at a time, this gentle Hatha class focuses on mindfulness, alignment, focused movement, precise engagement of the body + breath.

A class does not need to be about physical EXERTION, it can instead focus on the little things + challenge you more than you might expect. When we move somatically, it unlocks the INTELLIGENCE of the body.

Beginners can Expect:
to gain a solid foundation in Hatha and to delve deeply within via the breath.

Advanced Practitioners can expect:
this is the class that will test you To refine even more. Strengthen on a deeper level. Help you tune in.

FLow 101

All levels 
tues + thurs 12:00-1:00pm

Style:
We focus on the basics of breathing, and move into the 101 of postures.

Goal:
This is the perfect class for someone who has never been to a yoga studio. The person who says “i cant touch my toes”, or is fretting about their lack of FLEXIBILITY. this gentle class focuses on mindfulness, alignment focused movement + the breath.

what you can Expect:
The become familiar with the lay out of the studio, what props are (and which ones to grab!), and learn the foundations of breathing + postures.
