She has personally experienced more courage, clarity and stability in many areas of her life since she started practicing nine years ago. Lindsey’s unique vinyasa style draws various techniques from Astanga, Hatha, Tantra and Power Yoga, while reflecting the core value of Yoga Science. Her creative and invigorating classes are smoothly sequenced and infused with practical yoga philosophy.
